OBR's FY26 Board Slate

OKLAHOMA CITY (June 30, 2025) - The Oklahoma Business Roundtable has announced its Board of Directors for Fiscal Year 2026, which begins July 1, 2025. The slate reflects a diverse mix of senior executives and community leaders from across Oklahoma.


FY26 Officers:

  • Chairman: Sean Kouplen, CEO, Regent Bank

  • Chair-Elect/Vice Chair: Steve Hahn, President, AT&T Central States

  • Secretary/Treasurer: Dr. Leigh Goodson, President, Tulsa Community College

  • Past Chairman: Jeff Davis, Founding Partner, Acorn Capital Management


“Being involved with the Oklahoma Business Roundtable has been incredibly rewarding for me and for Regent Bank,” said Sean Kouplen, FY26 Chairman. “The old saying ‘a rising tide lifts all boats’ truly captures the spirit of this organization. When Oklahoma’s business community unites behind economic development, we all benefit. OBRT not only supports the state’s growth—it also provides a unique platform for building relationships with key state leaders and staying closely connected to Oklahoma’s strategic direction.”

  • Tammye Gwin, Senior Executive Officer, Choctaw Nation

  • Ginger Kollmann, Senior Vice President, JP Morgan Private Bank

  • Bill Lance, Secretary of State, Chickasaw Nation

  • Ken Miller, Vice President of Public Affairs, OG&E

  • Kristin Peck, Vice President, Government and Public Affairs, The Rausch Companies

  • Todd Pauley, Director, Government Operations, The Boeing Company

  • Kimbra Scott, Port Director, Muskogee City–County Port Authority

  • Chris Scully, Account Executive, InterWorks

  • Dan Sullivan, CEO, Grand River Dam Authority

  • Jeff Wilson, Vice President of Public & Government Affairs, Devon Energy


Ex-Officio Members:

  • Christy Gillenwater, CEO, Greater Oklahoma City Chamber

  • Mike Neal, CEO, Tulsa Regional Chamber

  • Chad Warmington, CEO, The State Chamber of Oklahoma
