OBR FY2026 Annual Report

- 1 min read
This year's report highlights the private-sector investment and activity OBR enabled on behalf of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Oklahoma Department of Commerce — and the outcomes that investment helped make possible for Oklahoma.
Founded in 1991, the Oklahoma Business Roundtable is the state's only nonpartisan, member-driven organization dedicated to advancing economic growth through strategic private investment. With more than 150 member companies investing annually in OBR's mission, the organization provides the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Oklahoma Department of Commerce with resources and access that public budgets simply cannot support.
This fiscal year alone, OBR facilitated more than $1.5 million in funding on behalf of the state's economic development partners. Every dollar was either reimbursed to OBR at no net cost to the state, or deployed to support real-time hosting, executive engagement, and relationship-building that advances economic development for Oklahoma. No other organization in Oklahoma provides this combination of advance funding capacity and real-time activity support.
The full report includes letters from FY26 Board Chairman Sean Kouplen and President & CEO Mark Funke, detailed activity recaps by area of focus, new member profiles, and the complete FY2026 member directory.
