The Oklahoma Business Roundtable is proud to have partnered once again with the State Chamber to conduct the annual Oklahoma Business Leaders Poll. This collaboration offers valuable insights into the minds of business leaders and creates a roadmap for what state leaders, educators, and businesses must do to ensure the state's continued growth.

The 2024 poll surveyed 325 business owners and executives from companies across Oklahoma. While a majority of respondents believe the state is headed in the right direction, workforce and education issues remain the largest obstacles to improving Oklahoma’s growth potential.

Notably, 67% of business leaders expressed optimism about the state’s economy. The poll also touched on emerging topics like artificial intelligence (AI), offering a comprehensive look at the challenges and opportunities ahead.

The results underscore the importance of addressing workforce gaps and enhancing education to maintain the state's positive trajectory.
